Company AIBO is a Bulgarian producer of fuel additives. It has been established in 1991 and it is specialized in the production of additives for liquid fuels
Company AIBO is a leader in the business with additives at the Bulgarian market. Our products are known under the name HELIOS This is a trade mark that we’ve registered in the Patent Department. Since 2002 we have a certificate DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, which has been renewed at re-certification audit this year.
AIBO is the first Bulgarian private company – a producer of additives for liquid fuels In 1996was registered the trade mark HELIOS under which the products of the company became popular. In our product list there are 10 different kind of complex additives of excellent quality.
Now we produce the following additives:
- for heavy fuel – Helios 1; This product is designed for industrial factories and heating plants , which work with mazut and boiler fuels. We have been delivering this product traditionally to our clients like “Bulgarian Marine Fleet“JSC and other ship-owners since 1993.
- For diesel fuel – winter diesel and summer diesel. Diesel additives Helios are produced on the base of an active component PROTOHELIOS, which has been developed in the industrial laboratory of AIBO
- For gasoline
- For propane-butane – the additive for propane butane has no analogue in Europe

Our strategy regarding development of the company is to be created complex and multifunctional products i.e. the additives which we produce improve not only one parameter of the fuel, but a number of them. In the moment we boost at the market small packages of diesel and gasoline additives with our mark Helios.
One of the aims of the company regarding market development of additives is to find partners for distribution of our products in the neighbor countries - Greece, Romania etc. If you are interested in working together, we are ready to produce and pack small packages of additives Helios even under your mark. As far as we know you have a chain of petrol stations and a serious share from the fuel market in Greece.
