Additive for Diesel EN 590 Helios 9DE

 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC

Helios 9DE is a specially developed product for diesel fuel Е N590. Applying the product the burning process of the fuel is improved which leads reduction of the products of not full burning out in the fuming gases and to fuel economy.

During exploatation soot is formed on the walls of the combustion chamber and valves. Negative consequences are curving of the flame envelope, deteriorating of the sprying quality, fume increasing and reduction of fuel economy of the engine. Applying Helios 9DE the accumulated depositions will be removed and the formation of new ones will be prevented.

Helios 9DE does not allow the formation of emulsions of fuel with water and reduces its foaming.

The advantage of Helios 9DE is good lubricating property which is given to the fuel. It reduces the wearing of the diesel pump and sprayers and guarantee their normal operation.

The application of the additive Helios 9DE leads to the following REAL effects:

We recommend that the mixing of diesel fuel and the additive to begin with pouring the additive into the railway - or tank truck upon arrival at the unloading place in the proportion pointed out by us:

1L Helios 9DE per 1 000 L diesel fuel

The storage of the additive is in accordance with the fire safety rules, at dry and airy place.

4. ТЕCHICS OF SAFETY AND SANITARY HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS

1. The additive is flammable. The storage of the ready product is organized in accordance with the fire safety rules in the chemical industry.

2. If the additive is spilled immediately clean with wood saw-dust and thoroughly wash with detergent and water.

3. In case of fire use chemical foam, gas and powder fire-extinguishing components, carbon dioxide.

4. Smoking and bringing fire in the workshop and in the storehouse is forbidden.

5. Workers are in working clothes and rubber gloves when they use the additive.

8. If the product falls on the skin , first clean with cotton and after that wash thoroughly with water and soap the affected

spots. If it falls in the eyes – rinse for at least 15 minutes with lifted lids. If inflammation occurs seek medical advice.

1. In metal packages and premise with suitable ventilation, in temperature from 5 0C to 15 0C.
