ADDITIVE FOR DIESEL FUELS HELIOS 5D

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC

Helios 5D is an additive for diesel fuel s . The additive Helios 5D enhances cetane number and improves ignition characteristics of the fuel. With the application of the product the burning process of the fuel is improved, which leads to reduction of the level of products of not full burning out in the fuming gases and fuel economy .

During operation on the walls of the combustion chamber and suction pipeline, soot is formed. Negative consequences are – curving of the flame envelope, deteriorating of the spraying quality, fume increasing and reduction of fuel economy of the engine. Applying Helios 5D these effects are eliminated, the accumulated depositions are removed and their formation is prevented

Helios 5D does not allow the formation of emulsions of fuel with water and reduces its foaming.

The application of the additive HELIOS 5D leads to the following REAL effects:

We recommend that the mixing of diesel fuel and the additive to begin with pouring the additive into the railway - or tank truck upon arrival at the unloading place in the proportion pointed out by us:

1 /one /liter Helios 5D for 1 000 liter diesel fuel

The storage of the additive is in accordance with the fire safety rules, at dry and airy place.

There are no toxic or cancerous effects over the people working with it.

Helios 5ANGRO is an additive for diesel fuels . The additive Helios 5ANGRO increases cetane number and improves the ignition characteristics of the fuel. The starting properties are improved and the time for heating is reduced

With the application of this product the incineration of diesel fuel is improved , the burning process is accelerated and the full burning out is increased. As a result the quantity of CO and not burned hydrocarbons in the fuming gases is decreased

The additive increases the power, reduces the engine noise and lowers considerably fuel consumption.

4.ТЕCHICS OF SAFETY AND SANITARY HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS

1. The production of HELIOS 5 ANGRO belongs to the category A in fire safety which is obvious from a Record N 145 / 95, page 2 from RB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – NIIPO Sofia /.

The storage of the ready product is organized in accordance with the fire safety rules in the chemical industry.

2. If the burning liquids are spilled immediately clean with wood saw-dust and thoroughly wash with water

3. Smoking and bringing fire in the workshop and in the storehouse is forbidden.

4. In case of fire use chemical foam, gas and powder fire-extinguishing components , carbon dioxide.

5. Workers are in working clothes and rubber gloves when they use the supplement HELIOS 5 ANGRO.

6. If the product fall on the skin, wash thoroughly with water and soap the affected spots. If it fall in the eyes – the same procedure during 15 minutes

• CONDITIONS OF SAFE-KEEPING

The additive should be stored according all firefighting regulations at dry and ventilated place, at temperature 5-15 0C.
