CHEMICAL ADDITIVE FOR GASOLINE “ HELIOS 4B “

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC

Helios 4B is an additive for gasoline. During operation on the walls of the combustion chamber and suction pipeline, depositions are formed, which under the influence of high temperatures are transformed into soot. The soot leads to increased requirements to the octane number and creates premises for uncontrolled ignition. This soot also decreases the power and the fuel economy of the engine . Helios 4B removes the accumulated soot and keeps up clean fuel surfaces and valves.

Applying the additive, the influence of the corrosion active products of the burning over the parts of the engine is prevented, the exploitation properties of the gasoline are improved and the fuel consumption is reduced.

Effects in mixing of gasoline with additive HELIOS 4B are :

2. Preserves fuel tanks, fuel line, carburettor and injectors from corrosion

We recommend the proportion Additive - Fuel, as it follows:

1 liter Helios 4B per 1 000 liters gasoline

The technical specification concerns chemical additive for gasoline fuels.

Helios 4B dissolves depositions on the fuel–distributive fittings and inlet valves. It improves the combustion process in cylinders and removes depositions in the fuel surfaces and valves and keeps up them clean during operating duty.

Applying the additive, the influence of the corrosion active products of the burning over the parts of the engine is prevented, the exploitation properties of the gasoline are improved and the fuel consumption is reduced.

4.ТЕCHICS OF SAFETY AND SANITARY HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS

1. The production of CSLF HELIOS 4B belongs to the category A in fire safety which is obvious from a Record N 145 / 95, page 2 from RB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – NIIPO Sofia /.

The storage of the ready product is organized in accordance with the fire safety rules in the chemical industry.

2. If the burning liquids are spilled immediately clean with wood saw-dust and thoroughly wash with water

3. Smoking and bringing fire in the workshop and in the storehouse is forbidden.

4. In case of fire use chemical foam, gas and powder fire-extinguishing components , carbon dioxide.

5. Workers are in working clothes and rubber gloves when they use the supplement HELIOS 4B .

6. If the product fall on the skin, wash thoroughly with water and soap the affected spots. If it fall in the eyes – the same procedure during 15 minutes

• CONDITIONS OF SAFE-KEEPING

The additive should be stored according all firefighting regulations at dry and ventilated place, at temperature 5-15 0C.
