ADDITIVE FOR DIESEL FUEL HELIOS 3D

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC

Helios 3D is an additive for winter diesel fuel . Helios 3D takes part in the crystallization process of paraffin disturbing their structure. In this way it is hampered the increase of crystals, which lower the mobility of the fuel. As a result the border temperature of filtration of diesel fuel is considerably decreased and it is ensured fuel’s exploitation in winter conditions without problems.

Helios 3D improves the incineration of diesel fuel and by this way accelerating burning process, increases full burning out and contributes to burning out of the solid particles in the fuming gases . The quantity of the CO and not burned hydrocarbons is decreased and affects positively over the reduction of fuel consumption.

The application of the additive Helios 3D leads to the following REAL effects:

1. Reduces the border temperature of filtration of diesel fuel

2. Improvement of the burning process

3. Decreasing the quantity of CO and not burned hydrocarbons in the fuming gases

4. Lowers fuel consumption

We recommend that the mixing of diesel fuel and the additive to begin with pouring the additive into the railway - or tank truck upon arrival at the unloading place in the proportion pointed out by us:

1 liter Helios 3D per 1000 liters diesel fuel

The additive is preserved according to the respective fire - precaution rules, in a dry and airy space.

The technical specification concerns chemical additive for winter diesel fuel , which is a complex multifunctional system . Helios 3D is an additive for winter diesel fuel . Helios 3D takes part in the crystallization process of paraffin disturbing their structure. In this way it is hampered the increase of crystals, which lower the mobility of the fuel. As a result the border temperature of filtration of diesel fuel is considerably decreased and it is ensured fuel’s exploitation in winter conditions without problems.

4.ТЕCHICS OF SAFETY AND SANITARY HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS

1. The production of CSLF HELIOS 3 D belongs to the category A in fire safety which is obvious from a Record N 145 / 95, page 2 from RB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – NIIPO Sofia /.

The storage of the ready product is organized in accordance with the fire safety rules in the chemical industry.

2. If the burning liquids are spilled immediately clean with wood saw-dust and thoroughly wash with water

3. Smoking and bringing fire in the workshop and in the storehouse is forbidden.

4. In case of fire use chemical foam, gas and powder fire-extinguishing components , carbon dioxide.

5. Workers are in working clothes and rubber gloves when they use the supplement HELIOS 3 D.

6. If the product fall on the skin, wash thoroughly with water and soap the affected spots. If it fall in the eyes – the same procedure during 15 minutes

• CONDITIONS OF SAFE-KEEPING

The additive should be stored according all firefighting regulations at dry and ventilated place, at temperature 5-15 0C.
