Additive for Propane-butane Helios 10Gas

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC

When using propane - butane as an alternative of gasoline , the following is observed: decreasing of the maximum power of the engine , increasing of fuel consumption in litres/100 km, increasing of the requirements for the valves and their seats. All these disadvantages can be reduced to minimum using additive Helios 10Gas.

Helios 10Gas is highly effective multifunctional propane-butane additive.

Helios 10Gas improves burning due to preventing premature ignition of the burning mixture. It improves efficiency of the burning, which leads to higher power, fuel economy, considerable reduction of carbon oxide emissions and reduction of not burned hydrocarbons in the exhausted gases.

Helios 10Gas contains components which disperse water and outside insoluble partices in the fuel. The suspension, which is formed, burns in the combustion chamber and is removed together with the exhausted gases .

When using Helios 10Gas the vaporizers are cleaned from the accumulated depositions and the forming of new ones is prevented.

Advantage of Helios 10Gas is highly lubricating capacity . The additive assures very good lubrication of engine parts and protects them from wearing. This affects positively over cylinders, rings and valves .

The application of the additive Helios 10Gas leads to the following REAL effects:

• Lowers fuel consumption
• Improves the burning process
• Reduces the exhausted harmful gases
• Improves the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle
• Increases engine power
• Protects exhausted valves and their seats from wearing

It is recommended that the mixing of propane-butane with the additive to be realized at the discharging place of the gas from the gas-carrier using technical equipment and instructions, all supplied by company.

The technical specification concerns chemical additive for propane-butane, which is a complex multifunctional system, containing lubricating component, combustion improver and anti corrosive agent dissolved in hydrocarbon solvent.

HELIOS 10 improves burning due to preventing premature ignition of the burning mixture.

4.ТЕCHICS OF SAFETY AND SANITARY HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS

1. The production of propane-butane additive HELIOS 10 belongs to the category A in fire safety which is obvious from a Record N 145 / 95, page 2 from RB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – NIIPO Sofia.

The storage of the ready product is organized in accordance with the fire safety rules in the chemical industry / Sofia 1971/

2. If the burning liquids are spilled immediately clean with wood saw-dust and thoroughly wash with water

3. Smoking and bringing fire in the workshop and in the storehouse is forbidden

4. In case of fire use chemical foam, gas and powder fire-extinguishing components, carbon dioxide.

5. Workers are in working clothes and rubber gloves when they use the additive HELIOS10

6. If the product fall on the skin , wash thoroughly with water and soap the affected spots. If it fall in the eyes – the same procedure during 15 minutes.

• CONDITIONS OF SAFE-KEEPING

The additive should be stored according all firefighting regulations at dry and ventilated place, at temperature 5-15 0C.
