TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
“SOLVATOL 3“ is a new product of “AIBO“ firm. It is a limpid, transparent
easy - to - move liquid with an orange colour consisting of light
petrol products, strong dissolvents, etc.
The dissolvent is used for dissolving heavy hydrocarbon products
for cleaning of vessels, pipelines and appliances.
The dissolvent can be used as a means of washing in the steam power-station
and the fuel industry. “SOLVATOL 3“ easily eliminates the heavy
organic contaminants by the combustible installations, working surfaces,
fuel appliances, etc.
“SOLVATOL 3“ cleans oil coolers, fuel heaters, combustible installations,
engines, etc.
“SOLVATOL 3“ also used for cleaning of cisterns, tanks, reservoirs,
machinery parts, etc. It is recommended for cleaning of surfaces
in the fuel industry.
“SOLVATOL 3“ is applied as a means of washing proving its qualities
and effectiveness in:
• dissolving the heavy contaminant depositions on filters, pipelines,
etc.
• cleaning and washing of cisterns, holders, reservoirs;
• cleaning and degreasing of minute machinery parts.
• total cleaning and cleaning of mineral oils and grease.
It is adviseable to use the dissolvent far from inflammable sourses
because it contains easily inflammable liquids.
The way of exploitation is fast and convenient - the open surfaces
are cleaned by a cotton pad, soaked with the dissolvent. The closed
vessels and pipelines are cleaned by a multiple circulation of the
dissolvent through them with the help of a pump.
It is necessary to be observed the following regulations for industrial
safety:
1. Not to be used near any king of inflammable sources.
2. To be used in well ventillated spaces.
3. Smoking is not allowed while using the product.
4. The workers should use private safety precautions - gloves and
aprons.
5. In case of contact with the skin or the eyes it should be washed
out lavishly with water.
Conditions for storage: In dry and airy storehouses, in well -
closed original packages far from heat sources and prevented from
direct sunlight.
We are offering the dissolvent in packages of metal barrels – 18
and 200 l.
APPLICATION TIME: 1year from the date of
production.

The technical specification refers to dissolvent “ SOLVATOL - 3
“, produced by strong dissolvents of heavy hydrocarbons, perfumery
composition and a colouring agent.
The dissolvent is used for dissolvency of heavy hydrocarbonic products
for cleaning vessels, pipelines and appliances.

The plates stay forty eight hours dipped in the dissolvent at a
room temperature and after that there shouldn ' t be any change
in the mass of the plates higher that 0.01g.
4. STORAGE
The dissolvent is stored in well-closed original packages in dry
covered and aired storehouses far from head sources and prevented
from direct sunlight.
5. SAFETY TECHNIQUE AND HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS
5.1. The storage of the ready product is organized in accordance
with the Regulations for fire safety in the chemical industry {
Sofia, 1971}
5.2. In case of spilling of easily inflammable liquids they have
to be cleaned immediately with sawdust and washed lavishly with
water.
5.3. Smoking is not allowed at the working place and in the storehouse.
5.4. In case of fire a chemical foam, gas and powder fire-extinguishing
compounds and carbon dioxide are used.
5.5. While using “ SOLVATOL - 3 “ the workers should be in working
clothes and rubber gloves.
5.6. In case of dropping of the product on the skin the affected
point has to be washed carefully with water and soap. If it affects
the eyes - the same procedure is applied for 15 minutes.
