» A serious success with our additives Helios and in particular with gasoline additive Helios 8 Rally has marked the rally competitor Mr. Kostadin Peichinov during the republican rally championship 2004 . In the competition in Class O3 up to 2000 cub.m. held on 23rd Sept.2004 in Stara Zagora in which took part more than 50 cars classified in two groups , he took the leading firs position . According him the fuel enriched with additives HELIOS , gives much more power to the vehicle and an excellent start . At the competition in Sofia held on 9th Oct.2004 , Mr. Peichinov took 3rd place.

» In the University "Angel Kanchev" Russe was held an experiment with DA "Helios 6 B" and Lada 2103 engine. The additive presented very good washable effect, which can be seen from the enclosed photos. The service tests also showed decreasing of fuel consumption with about 10%, increasing of engine efficiency and decreasing of carbon dioxide in the exhaust gases /see enclosed graphics/.

» On 28th and 29th of June 2003г in the conference hall of "Rodopi" hotel was held the traditional seminar of company AIBO with lecturers from company "TOP CONSULT" Ltd. The main topic of the seminar was the organizational development of teams. The subject in the first module was Management of conflicts and in the second one – Forming and development of teams.

Short annotation of the module "Management of conflicts":
The efficiency of the organization is directly influenced by the state of human resources in it. Overloading at the working place, stress, tension etc. cause series of negative occurrences in the working interaction, which often get the form of conflict –generating factors and lead to arising of different disputes. Their presence change the balance in the team and hamper its functioning. Generally, resolving of the disputes is more effectively fulfilled, when the employees are taught how to manage with the conflict situation at its very beginning, when they can alone analyze the reasons which lead to the conflict and use appropriate strategies and methods to cope with them. The aim of the training is – the employees to develop skills for working in a conflict situation and to form their own strategy for its resolving.

Short annotation of the module "Forming and development of teams":
Forming of teams and improving of the working environment is a very important aspect in the work of each organization. “Orientated towards decision “ method for coping with problem situations, offers a constructive way for overcoming of traps connected with "orientated towards decision" method. "The orientation towards decision" is a systematical method for helping people to redirect their energy, which otherwise will be used for problems analyzing, towards creating aims and finding ways to reach these aims. "The orientation towards decision" is fixed on that which works, but not on that which does’t work. This is a method which brings trust and increases. "cooperation and creativity. The Orientation towards decision" arranges positive development and encourages problem resolving.

» News from the yellow press of company AIBO : On 3rd Oct. 2002 at the stadium “Plovdiv” was held the football match between the teams of company AIBO together with our guests from Energy Group Turkey and the Bulgarian Petrol News newspaper against the team of ESC “Morski sgovor” .The match developed rather interesting and the final score was in favour of the Elite Sport Club “Morski sgovor”.The match was organized on the occasion of the participating of Energy Group Turkey in the international technical fair in the city. The feast continued properly in the “Loven Park” restaurant, where gathered many guests of company AIBO too.

» On 19.09.2002 in company AIBO was held a certificate approbation according the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 , which was successfully terminated without any diversions .This give us reason till the middle of November to receive an official certificate from the certificating organization TUV NORD CERT Germany .
This oblige us to continue to work correctly and conscientiously as we did it till now , keeping the main principles of AIBO – that is ,to give our clients competitive products in order to satisfy their requirement to the best stage

» On 3rd July finished the 40-days long experiment with the diesel additive “Helios 5 ” in “ASAREL MEDET”JSC –Panagiyriste . The experiment was held over 2 ore auto dumpers Bel AZ 7519, equipped with diesel engines 8 DM 21 – 8 cylinders with working capacity 58.15 l and power 1300 hpw .The data from the experiment were written in a table in a Report , signed by the Chief of the Department “Т and КL”; Technologist of technical exploitation , Chief of the workshop RTT .

» It continues the rubric in the newspaper BPN conducted by Mrs Doncha Todorova – chemists –technologist in AIBO about the topic : Why have to be used additives for fuels ? In the copy 9th from 09th May 2002 of the specialized magazine was explained in details the influence of the detergent diesel additives and some characteristic special features of the diesel additive “Helios 5 “ produced by company AIBO

» Has been issued 7th copy of the magazine BPN - Bulgarian Petrol News in which there is an interview with the Manager of "AIBO" - Mr. Boris Popchev . The magazine BPN is strictly specialized and orientated to people and companies which work in the petrol business .

The interview is circumstantial and give notion about:

-The production of Bulgarian additives for fuels;
-what is the necessity of additives for fuels;
-what are the main goals of "AIBO" at the market and how they are realized ;
-what is the marketing strategy of "AIBO" .

In the article "Why is it necessary additives to be used ?" the chemist-technologist of the company eng. D. Todorova gives answer to this question and also to the question what actions have different kinds of additives .
In the next issues of magazine BPN - eng. D. Todorova will give expert opinions to a number of questions connected with the fuel additives- using , tests, analyses and etc.

» "AIBO" NEWS - Company "AIBO" completed 10 years. In this period the company built up its own production and administrative base .It disposes of very well organized trade structure which is served from high qualified trade agents .In the moment is passing the procedure for ISO 9001 -9004;2000 certificate .

» The forthcoming is putting in the production a new division of "AIBO'S "products - chemicals for processing of boiler water with effects against corrosion , forming of scale and reduction of oxygen

» On 9-10.02.2002 was held the traditional seminar of company "AIBO" in VPD "Koprivkite". The topic of the seminar was the introducing of the Program for Managing of quality and connected with it changes in the work in the company.

» In March "AIBO" let out in the market a new product - additive for gasoline "HELIOS - 8 B". This is a multifunctional additive which together with the rest of the effects of the gasoline additives HELIOS contains a special element which substitutes lead. Its purpose is directed towards vehicles for which leaded gasoline is compulsory .

Here are some questions in whose answers you will be interested.

1. Why is necessary the using of a lubricating additive ?
Answer:If it is not used the lubricating additive "HELIOS - 8 B" only after consuming 2-3 full tanks with unleaded gasoline , valve seat recession can be observed .This leads to lost of compression and generally - to engine damage .

2. What does mean the valve seat recession ?
Answer: Valve seat recession means hollowing of the valve seats when they hit in the soft cast iron seat. This appearance is observed when the vehicles with soft valve seats are forced to move with unleaded gasoline. The lubricating additive "HELIOS - 8B " forms a protective film between the valve and the seat.

3. Which vehicles will need lubricating additive ?
Answer: According specialists the lubricating element is compulsory for all vehicles produced before 1990.

The additive "HELIOS - 8B" doesn't cause wearing of the catalyzer and its using leads to absolutely no negative effects.
